Patricia has been cooking professionally since 1981. She started her career cooking in small restaurants here in the Tri Lakes area then
in Colorado Springs and Hawaii. After working for 8 years she went to college in Ft. Collins and received her BS in Food Science and
Technology. After graduation Pat went to work at the corporate level for VICORP Restaurants developing recipes for Village Inn’s menu
and features. She then went to work for Quizno’s where she developed their quality assurance program to improve and keep the high
standards of the food going into each restaurant. Pat now owns and operates a small restaurant in Palmer Lake along side her husband.
One of Pat’s biggest passions is for food and sharing it with others so call (719) 351-4859 or email Pat for information about cooking classes ranging from $40 to $60 /person. Each class will have a minimum of 4 people but no more then 10. All of the menus and/or recipes can be modified if you are a vegetarian or have dietary requirements. Private lessons are available for $40/hour plus cost of ingredients. |
